APPOINTMENTS
Click on the link below to book an appointment with your clinician. Once you book, please look for an email confirmation and keep record of when your appointment date and time is scheduled. You will receive text and email reminders in the days prior to your appointment time as well. Video visits
When booking an appointment, you will have the option to choose a virtual visit. Not all appointments are appropriate for virtual visits and we will review these requests prior to your visit date to ensure this is the best fit.You will receive a reminder via text the day before your scheduled appointment which will contain a Google Meet link. Just click the link on the day and time of your appointment. It’s as simple as that!
